and to that I say I don’t really have one. When you are running a brick and mortar (and you cannot afford hired help) you wear all the hats… including head of customer service and lead cashier. So my routine is to squeeze in all the other work in between taking care of the most important thing… our customers! When we’re blessed with a busy day full of visitors, my design work, marketing and everything else on the to-do list takes a back seat! #thisisgifted #brickandmortar #shopkeeper
