This lovely lady, Susan came by the shop a few weeks ago. She was hoping to find a new Christy McAdams Chime to replace the one she lost three years ago when her home burned in the Butte Fire. (Yes, it takes YEARS to rebuild and replace) My heart broke as her face fell with disappointment when I told her that Christy doesn’t make the depression glass chimes anymore. HOWEVER! You guys know I shop my own store A LOT, so… I just happened to have two sets of chimes of my own at home in the color she was hoping to find. Now this little emerald beauty that hung in my kitchen has found a new home with Susan! I hope it brings her much joy in her home for many years to come! #welcomehome #thisisgifted
